Obama's Respect Project Aims to Overhaul the Teaching Profession (ContributorNetwork)

The focus of the new program, this time, would be to improve the teaching profession. States would have to submit proposals outlining their innovative plans to overhaul the teaching profession, and the states with the best proposals would receive multi-year funding to carry out their plans.
